IMPORTANT CRAFT SHOW INFORMATION FOR VENDORS: Thanks to all of our terrific Spring Show Vendors! Holiday Show info coming in early June!

General Information

The La Cueva Band Boosters coordinate two craft shows during the year to assist the band program at La Cueva High School.

December show - Holiday showing - This craft show focuses on holiday shopping. The show is held on the 1st Saturday in December.

Spring show - “All about Mom” – This craft show focuses on crafters whose products are geared towards Mother’s Day shopping. The show is held in late April or the first Saturday in May.

Applications - These are mailed to previous participates and they can be requested by emailing All applications are juried, prior participation does not equate to being in the show automatically. All applications must be mailed by the post-marked date, otherwise the application is placed on a waiting list.

Fees – Each craft show has a separate fee. Please check Vendor Instructions pamphlet for fees.  Each application must be requested separately. Each application has a release date: December applications are emailed in May/June and available on the website; Spring applications are available from the website in January.

Booth Size - 10' x 6' - Vendors can request 2 booths ONLY if the product is bulky, i.e. furniture, or other special situations. All requests are reviewed prior to approval.

Vendor Limits - We limit the Holiday show by the type of vendors. The Spring show typically has more jewelry vendors.

Safety - All safety issues must be complied with according to the fire department. Read the vendor instruction pamphlet for more information.
